Store Policies

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Interac.

In-stock items purchased from Cabinetlab Home may be returned for store credit, or exchanged, within 14 days of shipping receipt. Please contact info@Cabinetlab.com to request a return authorization. All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, inclusive of all original packaging, with proof of purchase. In case of exchanges for an item of lesser value, the difference will be returned in the form of store credit.

All made-to-order items and Sale items are FINAL SALE - they may not be returned for store credit and are ineligible for exchange.

Any damaged or broken items must be reported to Cabinetlab Home upon receiving - we will do our best to offer a replacement on the item if it is available. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are unfortunately not eligible for store credit. We do not provide return labels or cover return costs. Cabinetlab Home is not responsible if the returned package is lost in transit - we recommend you pay to insure and track your package through your chosen carrier.

Materials such as wood or concrete may have inconsistencies in grain and pattern, which is not the basis of a legitimate return. Variations in form, colour, and finish are also to be expected with handmade items.

Floor model accessories, furniture, and lighting is final sale and cannot be returned.

Cabinetlab Home reserves the right to adjust prices on website or in the showroom without prior notice.

We always strive to provide accurate lead times, however, lead times are subject to change and are influenced by a multitude of factors that are out of our control. We will always do our best to update you with any changes or delays to your order. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
